Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager are to:
• Perform demand planning both at a regional and country level
• Consolidate the required forecast at a regional level for procurement plan
• Review both finished goods and raw material for all countries in the region and manage new product launch
• Perform sourcing and negotiating with existing/new supplier for pricing on freight cost, logistics movement, warehousing in addition to monitoring the performance of 3PL and 4PL warehouses (bond and general warehouse)
• Perform order management & local distribution in addition to overseeing the order processing function for direct customer
• Handle the import and export of shipment overseas and manage the inventory accordingly
• Manage value added services process before stocks are ready
• Perform landed costing and transfer pricing computation
• Reporting to the Holding Group and countries accordingly

Job Requirements:

• Preferably some experience from the pharmaceutical background
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in demand and supply chain function
• Have some specialization in Logistics / Warehouse management
• Able to work under min supervisory and tight deadline
• Knowledge & experience in procurement, freighting and custom clearance
• Preferably with some regional experience / exposure
