They bring together some of the finest flour mills in Southeast Asia with 10 mills operating in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Turkey. They have a total milling capacity of more than 2 million tons per year making it one of the largest flour millers in the region.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all sales activities within the assigned portfolio to achieve sales objectives
  • Conduct sales and marketing activities in-line with sales and marketing plan established by management team
  • Proactive engage and maintain close relationship with customers to achieve sales target
  • Identify and determine potential customers in the assigned coverage areas and conduct effective sales interface
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries regarding product technical knowledge, functionality and respond to complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Take appropriate actions/ rectifications and liaise with internal departments for complaints received to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Keep records of customer sales transactions, inquiries, complaints as well as actions taken to improve product and service delivery
  • Recommend improvements in products, packaging or services that can generate more sales
  • Monitoring and tracking of sales achievement, return & collection
  • Coordinate and handle ad hoc assignment from time to time
  • Ensure timely listing of new products via trading terms negotiations with buyers to achieve a win-win situation
  • To organize events and promotional activities in the concern outlets to maximize sales. Support all trade marketing activities
  • Manage stocks off-takes and ensure replenishment to ensure availability of the products at all stores at all time
  • Responsible to build and establish good relationship with existing and new key clients
  • To assist in customers related issues and day-to-day operation matters
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time

Job Requirement:

  • Experience in FMCG sales minimum 2 years (food & nonfood)
  • Experience liaise with wholesaler, buyers of supermarket
  • Computer Literate
  • Knowledge of baking technical and SAP is advantage
