Our client is an integrated healthcare and life sciences company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and functions as the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing and commercial arm of the holding company. The focus is on developing unique products and delivery systems for a range of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical segments. With a regional presence including the Middle East, their Holding Company is one of the top 10 investment groups in the region. Established in 1936, the Group has made investments in various sectors globally, including oil and gas, healthcare and life sciences, food and beverage as well as the automotive sectors. The Holding Company was attracted to Malaysia’s value proposition and hence initiated several investment options in Malaysia and the region.

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationship with key clients that bring in the most income for the company
  • Addressing and resolving key client’s complaints
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that the key clients’ needs are met
  • Developing through understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilments of each client’s long-term goals
  • Providing leadership and direction to key account executives
  • Improve the manpower productivity through maintaining work and business reports discipline

The Key Account Manager will be required to have:

  • Must have experiences in handling International Key Accounts and Local Chain for consumer health products
  • At least three (3) years sales experience
