Job Description

Our client is world’s largest medical and travel security services firm. They specialized in delivering emergency assistance for Malaysian travelling and provide emergency evacuations and repatriations.
Requirements:

  • Possess customer service experience and skill to manage critical and end-to-end customer service management
  • Multi-tasker, street smart and team player
  • Able to work on 24/7 shift (12 hours per shift) – (7.30am to 8.30pm) & (7.30pm to 8.30am)
  • Preferably industries such as Hotel, Airline, Insurance and Healthcare or Medical
