Being a Client Services Manager for FirstWorks Group is a critical role with responsibilities that include developing successful long-term relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients & being the point of contact between our customers and cross-functional internal teams. As such, you are expected to develop client accounts via a wide degree of creativity and latitude whist growing the internal profit margins.
Typically, you would have a Degree with at least 5 years proven and demonstrated experience in growing your the market share within your portfolio of clients. You will be familiar with recruitment practices, staffing solutions and driving relationship across all levels within the clients including C-level. Having worked within the logistics and supply chain industry would be an added benefit
To be successful though, you must be a natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability. You are mature and hugely comfortable meeting deadlines whilst juggling a variety of projects. You have a keen eye for providing recruitment solutions, creative and ready to “push the envelope” to enable our clients To Win in the War for Talent
